Visiting Ellerslie Events

Less than 7km from Auckland City’s Queen Street, close to motorway on/off ramps, train stations & major bus routes, getting to Ellerslie Events has never been easier.

Our office hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm weekdays (closed public holidays) with appointments available outside those hours on request. Our event services team is located in the admin office.

Parking

We offer free parking to our clients and their guests.

Clients and guests are directed to use Carpark A which is located within the racecourse infield, accessible via Derby Downs Place (A on the map) however our motorway carpark accessed via Gate 2 is currently also available.

While the motorway adjacent carpark is advertised as being ‘pay and display’, Ellerslie Events clients & their guests DO NOT need to pay if they park there – the parking is complimentary to them.

If you have any concerns on the day of your event, please visit the Auckland Thoroughbred Racing administration office (one-storey red brick building on your left as you walk through the main gates) and discuss with our team. The office is open 8.30am – 5.00pm weekdays. Alternatively, call us on 09 522 3852.
